Personal data, cookies and marketing consent
This page has three texts. They explain the data we collect on this website. The Turkish version is the binding text.
1. Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data
Dear visitor, at Nest Real Estate we care about the security of your personal data. This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data controller

What data we collect

| Analytics (with consent only) | Google Analytics client and session ID, actions on the page (section views, clicks, scrolling). Your name, phone, email and message text are never sent to the analytics tool. |
Why we process it and the legal basis
- To reply to you and to manage your visit and the sales process. Legal basis: necessary for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- To pass your request to our advisor and to open a customer record. Legal basis: Art. 5/2-c and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- To protect the website and the chat against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- To measure how the website is used and to see advertising results. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). If you click "Decline" on the cookie banner, this does not happen.
- To send campaign and project news. Legal basis: your explicit consent and marketing consent (Section 3).
Chat assistant
In the chat, an AI assistant (Google Gemini) gives the first replies. The assistant processes your message only to write a reply. Our advisor can then continue the conversation in the same window. The chat record is kept in our customer management system to handle your request.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Your data goes only to:
- Our sales advisors and managers (through our customer management system).
- Our data processor Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, for hosting and database (Firebase, Google Cloud, Frankfurt servers), the chat assistant (Gemini) and, if you consent, analytics (Google Analytics).
- Public authorities authorised by law (when legally required).
Transfer abroad
The servers of the Google services above are outside Türkiye (European Union and USA). Your data is therefore transferred abroad. The transfer is made in line with the conditions of KVKK Article 9.
How we collect it
We collect data electronically on this website through the chat window, the visit form and (with your consent) analytics cookies, by automated and partly automated means.
How long we keep it
- Chat and form requests that do not become customers: for as long as the purpose requires; deleted earlier at your request.
- Customer records: for the retention and limitation periods set by law.
- Abuse records: for as long as the security purpose requires.
- Analytics data: at most 14 months in Google Analytics.
At the end of the period, we delete, destroy or anonymise the data.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You can apply to us to:
- learn whether your data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
- know the parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong,
- ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- ask that correction and deletion are notified to the parties who received the data,
- object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

2. Cookie Policy
This website uses few cookies and browser records. Analytics cookies run only if you consent.

Fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser then sends your IP address to Google. This is not a cookie.
You can change your choice with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
3. Commercial Electronic Message Consent
If you tick "I would like to receive project news" on the form, you accept this text.
With this consent, you agree that Nest Real Estate can send you information about new projects, campaigns and special events by SMS, email or phone. Your consent is obtained under Law No. 6563 and the related regulation.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason. Use the opt-out link in the message, apply to İYS, or write to info@nestgyo.com.
